While I am giving 5 stars, there are some negatives to point out. I personally find these acceptable but others may not. Most of these are common public gym issues though Cons: - The gym is small and there is a limit on equipment (quantity, not variety) so your day-to-day availability dictates the quality and time it takes to do your workouts. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is after sending an email about my membership cancellation request - they were good, called and cancelled it with a 30 day notice to the final payment. The gym itself is very poor, messy and no one puts their weights away. Edit: I did in fact get in touch with Zap fitness (to cancel) - I responded to the missed call, called them back and spoke to customer service. This was completed before I wrote this review. Always has friendly staff ready to help out if needed. Suits what I need, and is somewhat kept clean (unless the cleaners can't reach; i.e the walls, which are very dusty.) It's convenient and affordable. Not happy the privacy screening was taken down, as this was a huge plus for me when joining. Had quite a few females say they won't come at night anymore, and walked a few to their cars who felt uncomfortable because of suspicious men sitting in cars and staring in...
