The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is after sending an email about my membership cancellation request - they were good, called and cancelled it with a 30 day notice to the final payment. The gym itself is very poor, messy and no one puts their weights away. Edit: I did in fact get in touch with Zap fitness (to cancel) - I responded to the missed call, called them back and spoke to customer service. This was completed before I wrote this review.

Disgusting gym! All the machines were dirty and the gym had a horrendous smell! Seems to be an issue across all Zap venues, I’ve been to 4 and they’re all terrible. Literally recommend going to any other gym besides Zap Fitness!

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I tried to cancel my membership around early January / late February, but I kept getting charged all the way through August — without any receipts, alerts, or even a trace of the charges. I only found out by accident because the card being charged wasn’t one I regularly use. Please tint the windows, or use some other mechanism. Today, while I was using the machines near the windows, some teenagers in pajamas approached the windows, banged on them, gave them the middle finger, and apparently filmed. I don't know if it was a joke or related to other young people inside (apparently not). So now I feel unsafe, thinking about who might be watching from outside.

Always has friendly staff ready to help out if needed. Suits what I need, and is generally always kept clean. It's convenient and affordable. Not sure why the privacy screening has been taken down. Had quite a few females say they won't come at night anymore, as it's a safety concern, which I fully understand. Seems like a odd choice in this day and age. Would love to see some inspiration wall art on the grey walls to brighten up the place , but apart from that I'm enjoying my time there. :)
