The quality of the equipment in this gym was barely acceptable 15 years ago. Everything has seen better days and any self respecting gym owner would have replaced it by now. Padding is saggy, there are no where near enough plates or squat racks and mats are genuinely disgusting. The staff doesn’t care at all. The doorbell doesn’t work to go up for your trial, and the staff member didn’t even bother giving me a tour or asking me if I’d been to a gym before letting me go. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Arent there in staffed hours also dont pick up the phone Updated: Hey i dont know of there is some kind of technical difficulty or not, being i did change my number recently to ending in 190. I rang 3 times and pressed the buzzer a few times. I can provide my call logs if need be, I dont have any missed calls from you either.

$10 late payment fee, impossible to find information about ur scheduled payments etc, the app is useless

The hot water system has been intermittent for the past month, and now does not work at all (you cannot have a shower and go to work from this gym). I've made multiple complaints to head office and no repairs have been undertaken. I've had to change gyms on the way to work because of this, which is a real inconvenience. I'll give it another week before I cancel my membership (been a member for years). Do better Zap, it's not a difficult business model to deliver.
