Disappointed in the ethos around cancelling membership. I had been an active member during my 10 months in Australia, and continued to completely my 12 month contract despite living abroad for my last 2 months to find they have a 30 day notice period on top of this and no real care in the world for peoples circumstances. So am now having to pay 3 months of an unused membership for a mediocre gym despite living in a completely different country. I’d just opt for a better gym in future
Is the gym closed today?
Nobody there during staffed hours, phone number doesn’t connect. All negative reviews say to contact the same disconnected number
The same consistent Manager whom manages the place very well and is always smiling She also services the machines. Great person
