The hot water system has been intermittent for the past month, and now does not work at all (you cannot have a shower and go to work from this gym). I've made multiple complaints to head office and no repairs have been undertaken. I've had to change gyms on the way to work because of this, which is a real inconvenience. I'll give it another week before I cancel my membership (been a member for years). Do better Zap, it's not a difficult business model to deliver.

I have noticed that trainers often see older members performing exercises incorrectly but do not provide any feedback or correction. (Williamstown) This lack of guidance is concerning, as it increases the risk of injury in a vulnerable group. It would make a great difference if the staff were more proactive in offering support, supervision, and encouragement. Zap Fitness is a great gym which offers a good range of equipment for a reasonable price. It is a no frills establishment which offers all that is necessary for a good workout and the 24 hour access allows greater freedom to maintain a fitness program without the worry of meeting restricted opening times.
