The gym itself at Zap Fitness Carlton is still good — the equipment and facilities are fine — but the company’s management and customer service have been appalling. I cancelled my membership on 1 September 2025, yet Zap Fitness continued to try to charge me and has kept contacting me by phone and email, even after multiple written requests for them to stop. The gym itself at Zap Fitness Carlton is good — the equipment is decent and the facilities are clean. However, the company’s management and billing practices are terrible. I cancelled my membership over the phone on 1 September 2025, but since then Zap Fitness has continued trying to charge me and contacting me repeatedly, despite my cancellation.
