3 Hurst St, Bridgewater, TAS, 7030, Australia
Get directionsThe staff and other gym-goers are always friendly and polite
A good compact gym and most of the equipment, even though it's ageing, is kept in working order. The air conditioning has recently been fixed, which prior, used to get very hot in the summer. Only 1 proper squat rack but there is another benching rack and a smith machine so between them all, you can usually find what you need. They've recently replaced the corner tap with a proper water station. A lockable unisex shower and toilets are provided
Clean and pleasant equipment. Helpful staff and very flexible hours very reasonably priced.
Not technically a review.. More of a question… Does Bridgewater Zap have a back extension there to use?
Small gym, limited amenities, aircon has been broken for months, somehow they justify not having aircon over summer in a gym because they’re waiting for parts. Shouldn’t take longer than 3 months to get this sorted. Avoiding large greedy businesses from now on, clearly lacking any social accountability. No discounts on memberships offered. Can’t take shoes off to deadlift/squat for ‘safety reasons’. A pair of sneakers will not save my toe from a dumbbell so atleast give a valid reason.
