We just moved to Alma and we needed a great electrician. After checking reviews I’m glad I called Zap Electric. Drew arrived at our house the next morning and quickly replaced a bad breaker. He’ll handle more jobs for us. If you need a nice, dependable and excellent electrician, Drew is your man.
My electricity went completely out at 330 in really cold weather and Drew answered the call and came the same day. Though unable to fix it the same day, he was back the following day to completely remove and install a new electrical panel. Drew was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely honest. This Company is absolutely amazing. Had an electrical problem over the weekend. Called Drew late at night.He was able to get to us right away. You can tell he cares about his customers. I called and scheduled an appointment for Drew to come out and he did. Very polite and seemed excited to get the business and the job. He said that he would get me quotes by Friday (2 days later). That was a couple of weeks ago and still nothing. I ever reached out to inquire and got crickets. They obviously don’t need the business-so I would not recommend them. Another company reached out and I will be going with them.
