I am an electrical contractor (okay legally just a registered subcontractor, but I'm in the industry) and I called ZAP electric for some advice about a job in Fort Smith, and the owner was very kind and helpful to someone who could be construed as "competition." I think this is a sign of a human with great integrity and it sure seems like he'd be great to do business with.
Came, did assessment, claimed would do the work and never returned my calls, emails and never sent us a quote. Even after months reached out and still no response. Good guy, poor professional communication
I called Drew and let him know we had lost all of our power due to our electrical panel blowing. He came out and got us taken care of! I recommend him to anyone. He works hard and will get you taken care of!
