I want to thank Daniel for helping me yesterday when I was experiencing tire trouble in Arcadia. He didn’t hesitate to lend a hand, even when the gas station’s air compressor was out of order. With his help, I was able to get back on the road safely. I’ve never done business with Zap Electric, but if this is the kind of kindness their employees show outside of work, I can only imagine how they treat their customers. It’s reassuring to know there are still good people in this chaotic world.
First class family company
I live out of state and needed work completed on an investment property. I called up Zap, per the recommendation of a local friend, and connected with Erik Binns. - Erik was able to give me a ballpark quote, sight unseen that was reasonable. - Erik was able to get someone out quicky, and fix the issue - The final invoice was less than the over the phone estimate I will definitely use Zap again for any additional electrical needs!
