Caleb came out to do my maintenance service and wow! Talk about thorough! He cheerfully moved a large shelf inside my utility closet to access the system inside. He spent a long time in the scorching heat checking the outside unit and then proceeded to wash it thoroughly. 2024 - My ac stopped working and Robbie came over and fixed it right away! I had to wait maybe in total 4 hours from when it stopped working to being fixed and running better than ever. He not only fixed the issue but fixed the cause of the problem AND he found a part that was getting ready to break and fixed that also.
