While on a road trip through Portland, we stopped in to Zap Auto Repair because the brakes on our car were making a questionable noise. Eric was incredibly helpful. He drove around the block with us in an effort to hear the noise, and also took a quick look at the brakes in an attempt to diagnose the issue. He was very patient with us and put our minds at ease as we continued on our road trip! We would highly recommend Eric and his work. Thanks again Eric

Eric was amazing. My car broke down on a Friday during a spontaneous weekend trip to Portland, Maine from Connecticut with my wife. I had pulled up to a toll booth after hours of driving and heard a snap then saw the temp gauge skyrocket. I knew the water pump ran off the serpentine belt so I cranked up the heat and pulled over on the side of the road ASAP rather then blow a head gasket or the radiator (or both). Exceptional Service. Fixed a exceptionally tricky electrical issue that had been plaguing my car for weeks that had stumped 2 other people. Also noticed and brought to my attention a number of small issues that we were able to head off well in advance of them becoming expensive replacements. I cannot speak highly enough about the workmanship and attention to detail.

Broke down in Portland on a Sunday afternoon. Radiator blew. Eric called a tow truck and the auto parts store. When we arrived in the tow truck he had already gotten the parts and started working right away. Had us on the road again in no time. Above and beyond excellent service. Need your car fixed?
