We order Zao quarterly for CE classes. Everyone always loves the food, it's delicious. The catering team is awesome, and everything is always accurate. It's nice to have a go to for larger groups that isn't a sandwich option.
Love the food but this is the 2nd time they've messed up on our Uber eats order. I called to let them know and the gal in charge wasn't really apologetic and had an attitude by the end. My receipt had the correct order and I offered to bring it in tomorrow to show a manager. I didn't get anywhere, so this is our last time ordering from this location.
Really love the food here. Their yakisoba noodles are delicious and this place helps me get my veggie intake. I recommend the chicken bowl. So good.
I eat here regularly and really enjoy everything about the place. Last night I ate there and there was a small pebble or other foreign object in my food. The staff apologized but didn’t seem overly concerned. I thought they’d at least look at the serving dishes my meal came out of.
