I always enjoy eating at zao! The food is good and fresh and served quickly. The people there are attentive and it's a light and fresh atmosphere.
I’ve been to this Zao many times and always had a great experience. I went this last Friday and left unhappy. I use there app to collect points. I had a free steak rice bowl on my app from points. I ordered a Mongolian steak rice bowl and when I went to check out the cashier said I found my use it. I told her wants the problem I have used this twice in the past for the same rice bowl. She just said over and over she couldn’t do it.
