This company is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Not only are their collars the nicest I have ever seen, but their customer service is the BEST. I get comments everywhere I go about her collar it really is spectacular. It's a beaded brown with blue beads and silver charms. There is some rope involved and my bored pup chewed it not once but twice. I sent it back and they FIXED it. Again, the best.
