I have used Zannino Insurance for over 10 years now and I cannot speak highly enough about them. Just this past month I had an issue with my windshield on a new BMW. I was told that it would not be covered and I had to come out of pocket to have it replaced with OEM Glass. Dawn took care of this within hours and I had a brand new factory windshield at zero cost! I still remember texting Dawn from my car in 2015 when an iceberg from atop an SUV crashed my windshield and she had it fixed at my work inside of 48 hours (after first asking OMG are you okay?) I've followed Dawn to 3 agencies now. That’s service and she's the best!
