Great location and floor plans. The construction company (Sierra Verde) have no clue what there doing and the supervisors act like nothing is wrong and just shrug there shoulders at the issues and are very rude. They poured our driveway twice and each time it was worse. This is what they think is acceptable work and is definitely a safety hazard with all the over pour and the big gap they didnt fill in. I was looking for a new home, was introduced to the staff there, and everything after from beginning to end was super easy and transitional. Location and ease to get to major freeways is a plus. 100% recommend community and builder.
