*MGT* If you want to slow down your employee TURNOVER I suggest you have a talk with your leads! Josh especially!! He tells new hires their job by pointing and saying do that, with Zero guidance. Very rude comments through out the day claiming employees are too slow or lazy when the truth is the opposite. AGAIN I SUGGEST MGT SHOULD HAVE A TALK WITH JOSH POSSIBLY DEMOTE HIM. HE IS NOT FIT FOR THE JOB Line workers create their own family environment but it is put at risk every time he is involved!

Seems to be a bunch of good folks
The work was great, but they have some employees that act like school yard bullies. I liked it there except having to deal with the bullying. I would have stayed at this job if not for the atmosphere created by these so called employees.
