The edit of My Aussie Build TV show didn't do this company any favours. Came across as arrogant and lazy, not what you would want in a builder.
We stayed in Zanetto Builders’s Villa Donini house for couple days . Can you imagine a toilet falling off just from the force of a flush? the toilet was poorly installed. The entire house was constructed with cheap materials and subpar workmanship. The water pressure is extremely low throughout the building, and the shower valves do not deliver hot water. The bathrooms lack proper insulation, and water leaks when showering. Be cautious if you're considering this builder.
ZB did a fantastic job in bringing our 100 year old home into a new century. Communication with Matt and Josh was always professional, respectful and collaborative. They didn't hesitate to suggest alternate options to improve or enhance different aspects along the way. Contractor issues were always resolved with our interests front and centre.
