I went here with my 4 year old granddaughter to have her choose a bike for her birthday. The owner gave us the opportunity for Svea ti try several bikes! We spent over an hour trying bicycles riding inside and outside as well. Finally the little one chose the bike she absolutely loved !!! We then proceeded to choose a helmet a ring bell and water bottle for her new bike. She was overwhelmed with excitement and happiness love this place! Charlie Farricielli and Svèa
The service department was able to repair my bike in under an hour and get me back to my training without interruption. Best of all, they found that the broken part was under recall, so the fix was free! Thanks, Zanes for saving my season and allowing my to go on my planned charity ride, the New England Classic.
Large facility with something for every age group. Gear and products displayed effectively. Was grateful for a technician who serviced my bike while I waited.
Zane's has always been known for great service. Wouldn't have expected less this time around. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for in life - the oats before the horse eats them are far more expensive than after and most of the time I'll take the good oats!
