Very thorough and thoughtful. Gave me great detail about my imaging results and the risks vs benefits of surgery. I found him to be straightforward and I appreciated his attention and his time to listen. I would recommend him highly.

About one year ago i was sent to him and he saved my life. His staff is kinda a pain and many don’t know what they are talking about. I had a 7mm aneurysm … and now it’s down to a 5… he was straight forward with me and there was no fluff or soft.. it’s just this is what we are doing and done.

Poor listening, very little empathy. Surface level “nice,” but no real concern for me as a patient. I saw him for an evaluation of a problem with my neck that corresponded with timing of neurological symptoms, following a recent head injury. He looked at my scans and determined that those two things were unrelated. he spent 20 minutes with me, start to finish. It appeared to me that he had not looked at my chart before he saw me. I went to see Dr. Tymchak last and we both agreed that I need surgery. His staff is the worst I have ever deleted with. I called a couple of weeks ago in tears because of how bad the pain was and she said she would put in a preauthorize for surgery and when I called back she lied to me. So they expect me to jump through all these hopes with out any help. So when I finally got ahold of Amanda she called me back and said she would send in the preauthorize to the insurance I feel like it's another lie. They should be helping pa... read more

My name is Brian K. and Dr Tymchak gave me a chance at living again. I am 2 months out of major spinal surgery and I am 100% better than I was before. I can actually feel the ground now and Im no longer falling. Has it been easy? Hell no. I was so close to being in a wheelchair for life. Now Im using both legs and going up stairs. I truly want to thank this doctor for giving me a chance to be active and athletic again. My goal is to be in Hawaii for summer of 2025 and back on a surf board.
