During the busy Christmas period, Stefan from Flowright Pool Care responded quickly to an issue with our pool pump and came out to fix the problem. His customer service was outstanding, he emailed us, followed up with a phone call and organised an appointment promptly. He’s extremely knowledgeable and clearly very experienced and he fixed the issue efficiently. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely friendly and helpful guy. Highly recommend!
