I had Solar hot water system and PV panels installed by them, Hotwater system OK and Quick , but panels took another 3 months to get on the roof and now another 3 months later and no feed in, because they have not done the paperwork. Very Poor communication and they just ignore me now that they have my $15k
I have called this place twice. The first time they promised to email me information the following week. Two weeks passed and I phoned again and was told someone would call back. Four days later I'm still waiting. With this sort of organisation I don't really want them to install my system!
