Ian spent over 2 hours working on our faulty pool pump yesterday and I was very impressed with his mastery of everything to do with our pool pump system. He demonstrated excellent workmanship and skill and his vast experience (30 years I believe) was clear to see. He was very pleasant to deal with despite what must have been huge stress during our recent quite traumatic storm season. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone requiring pool heating/equipment assistance.
This guy is a master craftsman. He knows general building/construction work on top of the pool heating knowledge and was very articulate with sharing that knowledge. He helped source & replace rusted panels on our garage due to a leak from our old solar heating system, and identified a few future things we should look out for.
Thank you for the great service, from the first phone call to the finish of the job you were professional and offered excellent knowledge of your products. My pool is just the right temperature for me. Great work
