Closed clinic after making a follow up appointment and never reached out to PT to let them know of the closure! Very unprofessional if you ask me.
Closed the Benton location when I had an appmnt. No call from them to cancel. Removed my toenail a week ago and I’m a type 1 diabetic. Totally unprofessional. Saw him a weeek and no heads-up. Was told the 15th was his last day here but I guess he decided just to screw his patients.

The doctor was good and examined/x-rayed my foot. The problem was insurance. Apparently, it wasn't cited correctly for my insurance. (I had a referral. )
