My dealership sent my car into to Zane Auto Collision for a paint defect and it was sent back to my dealership 4 times with multiple large scratches on the car that where not there before. After the 4th time of sending it back I thought it was was finally ok and brought it home to wash it only to find the roof was poorly painted and I was left with a large 8x8 puzzle design under my paint.
******* ***** dealership service department recommended this facility. So I figured that this place has high standards and was very reputable. But I was clearly wrong. I called on Friday to confirm how long it would be for my repairs, they initially told me one day turnaround. I called Monday to confirm the turnaround before bringing my vehicle in, they then told me it would take two days before I could get my vehicle back. Why the inconsistency?
