David did a terrific job representing me through the closing process. This was my first time selling an apartment, and he was always available to answer questions and make things crystal clear for me. I was most impressed by his responsiveness—whenever I emailed with a question, he wrote back right away, often out of hours, which was certainly more than expected. The whole process was smooth start to finish, and I would definitely work with Zandi Rutstein again.
