Horrible customer service by rep Shane. Owner Frank's been to my property 2x saying they are loosing $ on my project that I gave them 10k to seal a wall. Never leaked before but now leaks and they have ruined my yard and neighbors 3x and redug wall 3x. They now will not call back or honor the warranty. Save your $ use a better contractor! I could continue writing the 10months that I have dealt with them calling more then 50x to Pevent leaks they guaranteed not to happen!
