Zander Homes stopped work before completing our home. It is my understanding that Mr. Trakhtman and his business declared bankruptcy and left a lot of subcontractors and families building homes with significant financial problems from not paying them or not completing work as they were supposed to. His performance was extremely negligent at best. He has hurt a lot of people.
We met the Trakhtman’s when we were looking to relocate to Baltimore County from Howard County. Because we needed to settle in time for school starting and the inventory was light, we purchased a home and decided to renovate it to our taste. After working with Regina as our realtor, it was clear that Zander Homes was the perfect choice of contractor to help us achieve our vision.
