One of my favorite builders to work with been working together for over 10 yrs installing his countertops always wants top quality and builds great houses great builder to do business with and great person as well. I would recommend this builder for your next build.
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it necessary to warn prospective clients who are considering Zander Home for challenging builds. Zander pulled out of my project in late 2021 after architectural plans were completed, saying the build was beyond their capabilities. They did not offer to return the design fee. The new builder tackled the supposed concerns without issue. Proceed with caution.
