Unbelievable Mercedes knowledge and ability to diagnose and resolve problems, quickly and efficiently. Excellent value versus the dealerships. Great people, great service and great value. I will never take my 2 AMG coupes anywhere else in the area!
We stopped by today after having a check engine light appear on the dash while on the freeway. They were very tucked away but truly gave us the best customer service and human experience any shop has ever given us. Plus the dogs are really cute!!
I had been calling Zander European for 2-3 weeks during and after business hours to see if I could reach them regarding an appointment. I left a voice message telling them it was frustrating that I couldn’t reach them. They called back for half a second and hung up immediately. They proceeded to tell me they didn’t want my business because it was “concerning” that I was frustrated. I canceled my appointment. Jsport Autoworks is fixing up my car regardless.
