Please read all yelp reviews before hiring this person, I wish we had. We tried doing a project with Mr. Zand and he was incredibly unreliable, hard to get a hold of, took a year to complete designs, tried charging us more than the contract stated multiple times, very unprofessional, held our plans hostage because he wanted to get paid before they were done (also stated in his contract), unprofessional language, our plans were not done correctly as we had other architects review his drawings but he said he would only fix the... read more
