Zancor is an incredible builder with a true signature touch of modern design and exceptional quality. My family and I have purchased multiple homes and condos from Zancor, and I can confidently say he always goes above and beyond to stand out with his work and it shows every single time. bad experience with regards to The Branch condo; after lengthy delays rushed into interim occupancy while building is not completed: even corridor leading to our unit is unfinished, poor workmanship and no ownership in taking steps to correct deficiencies. on the positive side: great lobby and courtyard design plus decent gym and indoor swimming pool (when open)
Hopefully they make homes better than they drive because apparently it's too hard to indicate when making a turn.
