We seeked Fabiola Dwyer service few years back to obtain our child's foreign citizenship. She was rude and did not make the process easy. She asked us to send our child's original birth certificate overseas, when we expressed our concerns she got mad. She went to her office and handed us back our file and kicked us out. No accountability and she will abandon you in the middle of your case if she doesn't like something. That woman needs to be reported to the Notaries Society of BC and needs to lose her license.
