The Maple Mazda dealership offers a straightforward and professional experience. The sales team was helpful without being pushy, the service department is always reliable and efficient, and their customer care is attentive and consistent in making sure the customer is satisfied. A solid place to buy and maintain a car.
Worst dealership you can ever go to, service is below average standards and the added warranty they oversell you and pressure you to purchase when buying a car is the least useful warranty you could ever come across. Whenever something goes wrong with the car that part is almost always never covered by that “amazing warranty” they sold you 🤔 it’s almost like they structure the warranty’s they sell to cover parts that NEVER break down and the parts that do break down are never covered.

Zanchin- Left Several messages, no return calls on my complaint, been months... Milton Volkswagen- Disrespect of customer's time , Bait and Switch? Here is the evidence.
