Awful experience. Very dismissive provider. Diagnosed with ear infection, refused to clean my ear and check deeper than outer ear despite my complaints of deep inner ear pressure and feeling of something being lodged. From experience, a good ol’ ear cleaning will fix it but sadly my ENT practice moved and now I’m deep in the trenches of finding a new provider that cares. Burnt gas and paid a copay to be told to return in a week. What a waste. Will not go back nor would I recommend to anyone.
Dr. Mra is a very well trained, highly qualified and competent ENT specialist. He is compassionate, conveys confidence and provides comfort in relaying diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. He spent as much time as I needed to understand my medical condition and answered all questions without rushing. I recommend him very highly. Kul D.
