Only been a couple times but the first time I bought 10 cans of cat food to take advantage of their sale (buy 10 get 10c off each can) but they didn’t honor the sale price. I didn’t notice until I got home and looked at the receipt. Would be nice if you didn’t have to giver to make sure you get the price they advertise. So helpful and friendly! Carried the heavy bag of compost out to my car for me, and super knowledgeable staff.

REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Young lady at the counter was extremely disrespectful and condescending. Store management should look into training young people with level of poor attitude. Didn't even care to check in her system or care to ask basic questions with decent human courtesy. Straight up proceeded to lecture me on how the system would send auto pick up messages, even if one didn't renew. Had to prove that I paid (glad I had an online receipt of my payment) and that I am not a fraudster....
