Zamouri Spices has a fraudulent business policy. After sending an unprotected, open jar of smen, which leaked all over the shipping box and seeped through the box itself, truly disgusting, they chose to get around issuing a refund by simply refusing to ever reply to my complaint. I emailed, including photos of the open jar and the wet box; I left voicemail (took three calls to even have the option of leaving voicemail) and I used the Contact Us form on their website. Went looking for some spices once I found out they were relatively close to me. I went to the location listed on google which currently is no longer accurate so make sure you call the owner or order from their website. I called and the owner immediately arranged to meet me and I was able to purchase everything I needed. Extremely nice and knowledgeable, I will be buying from them again!
I bought 2 jars of Moroccan Smen, and the product that I received is not an authentic one. I'm Moroccan and I know what a moroccan smen should taste like. The one that I received is a sweet melted butter as opposed to a salty nutty flavor. I would not recommend this place.
I drove there, but found out that they do 99.9% of their business online, I loved the weird spice I needed to buy and I highly recommend this store to anyone who cooks.
