Horrible service. After making an appointment, they couldn't find out appointment even though I showed them the text they sent me. I waited for 30 minutes in an office. I asked for an update and it seemed that they forgot about me. The office is extremely dirty, unkempt, and unkept. I would rather pay 2 or 3 times the amount and ensure it is done legal and I get the most out of my tax return.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. This was a horrible experience. We had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM, but after they called our name, they left my husband and me sitting in an office for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment or update. When we finally said we were leaving, the staff member—who had seated us but was helping someone else—simply said “okay.” No apology, no explanation. Very unprofessional.
