When i came in for the first visit, it was chinese lady at the moment, she is very kind and helpful and she said you can change it if you don’t like with another. For another reason and come in and wanna change my rings, the old lady just underestimate me for the first sight and then she rejected my ring and explain many thing about the rings that i just bought it a week ago. I really would not recomend this store to another.

Really good service. I came in near to closing time, however Nida show us the collections without any hesitation. They got really good collection.

Really poor service, when I purchased earrings I asked upon purchase if I can exchange if my mother didn’t like them, Jieyu said yes as long as I come back within 30 days. When I arrived today I was served by an older woman who said no impossible as if I made it up and she said there was nothing she will do and that the staff that served me isn’t there anymore. Either the policy had changed within the past 10 days or the staff will say anything to make customers buy items but not follow through.
