After a bad experience at another jeweller, I had such a great experience at Zamel’s, and the standout for me was definitely the staff—especially Taylah. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. Taylah was so friendly and easy to talk to, but also incredibly knowledgeable. The best experience in a jewelry store ever. Candyce the manager is awesome! Always there to help you with anything you need.
Went in with my partner to get a chain. There was 3 staff in there and no other customers. Didn’t get greeted or asked if we needed help. They were all too busy having a chat around the counter. Went to prouds instead where the customer service was much better!
