I had a fantastic experience at Zamel’s while looking for a replacement pair of work earrings that needed to be disposable. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly helpful and understood exactly what I needed. Something simple and affordable rather than a high pressure sale. Lovely customer service and great selection of jewellery
Worse place to come don't waste your time go somewhere else! customer service is digusting!!
Absolutely frustrated as I should of read reviews before entering store, a return had to be made of a gold chain, they make it such a difficult process as we have to go through emailing our reasonings for the return, it was quite significant of what had been said to the workers.
