We were served by Nana and she was absolutely amazing. She not only helped me find the perfect mother's day gift, but she was so good with my daughter. It was such a lovely experience. Thank you!
Customer service is very dismissive in store and head office. I trusted the brand and the sale assistant to provide me with a decent quality chain that wouldn't fall apart within 2 weeks. I would of thought a well known Jewellery brand would take quality concerns more seriously as you back the quality of products they sell. They don't care, blame you for the poor quality they sell.
I waited to bring back a ring that was too small that I bought as a gift and the lady that helped us was so rude
Great service, especially tracking down a piece of jewellery that has been discontinued
