Bought a ring for my wife in Dec 2024. Simple ring with small diamonds attached to it. Noticed a diamond fell off after wearing it a handful of times (very light use, just wearing it out for dinners etc). Sent it back to the store and they sent it off to head office to determine whether it was a manufacturing fault. After 2 months it was determined it was a fault and they repaired it. Bought 2 pairs of earrings in store and was interested in a ring. Ended up buying the 2 earrings and left the ring to ‘think about it’. Went home to look at the ring and discovered that the earrings were $44 cheaper online. Rang the store back immediately to ask for a refund of $44. Was told by Nicole she would ask the area manager and she would call back. Never received a call. Called again to be told she had to ask the area manager. I’ve gone 3 times. All of those times I’ve been met with such kind hearted women, who go out of their way to have a chat, show interest, show genuine care and just be amazing people. These girls deserve a promotion/pay raise. I can’t stress enough, how much I enjoy having a chat with all of them.
