Left feeling embarrassed and belittled. Leigh (or Lee) is extremely apathetic and could not possibly be less enthusiastic if they tried. I could not even continue our initial conversation before I needed to leave. I’ve seen more warmth from the cleaners in the food court. Educating your consumers is a key in delivering great service, speaking to them as if they are ignorant children is extremely naive.
Great customer service at Zamels HP. Ask for Perse - she was amazing: very professional & friendly. She made the whole experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
