Love the staff....love the jewellery. But for 18 maths the air-conditioning has not worked...these poor staff have to work in extreme hot and stuffy shop. I saw so many people walk out saying..."it a too hot" This is not acceptable!!!!!!!
I made an enquiry regarding a Citizen ladies watch. Spoke with Kerrie made an appointment to come into the store to view the watch. I received excellent customer service Kerrie & Shana went out of their way and were very helpful & friendly. I would defently come back. Highly recommended.
Mismatched item in the wrong price category in shop window. No response to email 8 days later re complaint. I also rang the company to say I have not yet received a reply 3 days ago. Will not shop there.
Kerrie from the Erina Fair store took the time time to guide me through the bangles - she was very kind to take the time and talk about the different sizes, styles, fillings etc. to me. It was a lot of money for me to spend, but she was very patient with me for nearly a hour. I was also so impressed with her customer service that I didn’t even source or seek prices from other companies.
I got this beautiful pendent from this store and it's was amazing experience as Emily went above & beyond to help me to choose best gift for my lovely sis. She made sure of my needs and also show the options which was nice and overall store vibe was excellent. I highly recommend this Erina store and specially Emily Westwood and her happy smile so definitely recommend to my friend's & family.
