Bad service
I have purchased Three rings from the store over the space of seven years they were gifts from my parents. When I initially got the rings, I was told that there was a two year care plan on them and I can get them rhodium plated for free within the tube. I went to go and get them replaced and was told that they couldn’t find my record of them being purchased from there they then told me if I wanted them plated I would need to pay for a per ring. I bought a ring in Feb 2025 and one of the diamond fell in within 2 month I went were and they serviced it and asked me to pay but I told them its been only 2 months so they did in free. Again in October same diamond fell and I went again and the same lady with glasses so so rude one said its over 6 months you have to pay if you would have within 2 months we could have exchanged it omg are you serious and she said she will sent to repair and I have to pay. The service is terrible, the ladies are extremely rude. I wanted to buy a ring for my wedding and according to the sales assistant, $3000 isn't too much, and she looks at me with contempt. I would not recommend this shop under any circumstances.
We came into the store today to get my finger measured, I asked if that’s a service they offer and the older lady with glasses was extremely rude, replying with, “No, we don’t do that. We charge $20 for it.” As if I’d asked for something beyond her ability. I asked if she knew anywhere that would do it for free and she replied with, “Go and ask them.” Cool. Super helpful. I’ll remember to never visit this store again. It seems like having customers is an inconvenience to the lady behind the till, despite that being her job. ... read more
