What a saddening and disappointing experience. Never in my life have I been treated like this by a salesperson. My partner and I went in excited to buy a ring for my birthday present. The Russian sales person was blatantly racist and assumed we could not afford anything. When I asked to try on the sizing rings to see what size different fingers were, the lady got angry and only let me measure the size of one finger. To be honest I'm so disappointed to the lady who entertain me she doesn't know how to sell properly it's just in wear only simple she think I cant pay for the diamonds I want too very disappointed to the old lady she's not supposed to be there omg
Ridiculously rude!! Ignoring customers while not many customers around. We were looking for a wedding band for men, the lady pointed to those ones, my partner showed her his hands to ask for size recommendations, she frowned as if she saw a monster hand and said no, no.... Fake apologized and left for other customers who were browsing. I personally have been in the jewelry industry, have never seen any sales act this way.
