I had the BEST experience at Zamel’s Charlestown today with Jess! Straight in and guided me in the right direction with a decision made in minutes, while already thinking this girl is amazing at her job I then find out shes a newbie!!! Such a beautiful soul you cant help but leave with a huge smile on your face, I already can’t wait to pop in and see her and manager Donna again for my next gift! I had a very disappointing experience at this shop this morning, I approached the staff member ,,the lady ,,to inquire about the price of a watch, and instead of receiving assistance, I was yelled at and told to leave store. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a high-end store. I hope they can improve in the future."
I wouldn't even give this store one star if I didn't have to. Awful quality jewellery, awful head office, unprofessional file keeping. So many other better jewellery store to buy from.
