Zamels in the forum, unbelievable. I’m not sure if it was the boss or manager but whom ever was working today has horrible customer service. Told us to shut up when we were trying to explain that 4 times in the past 2 years the watch band has broken and they are the only ones that can repair/replace the band no one else will including watch repairers. And she just turned and said “let me speak” after not allowing us to speak? Get a job where you aren’t working with people if YOU CANT LISTEN!
I was looking for a good dress ring for my self and within seconds had the lovely lady staff member assist me she found what I was looking for thanks again highly recommend
I had experienced the rudest boss I came across. She told me why not check my jewellery since I had an experienced in the business. I brought the pair of rings with my paper work to check and if needed to be sent, send them but if not needed, just check and clean it. She was firey so fired back. I bought not a cheap bargain rings. I did not expect such kind of attitude of a boss. She needed to learn the basics of customer service, and go back and learn how to manage a customer rather creating the customer agitated and angry.
I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Zamels Bunbury Centrepoint and was assisted by TJ. TJ was so friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with — nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for the wonderful service, it made the experience really enjoyable.
