I returned to Zamels after a pleasant experience the last time I was there. I needed a new parrot clip for a necklace. I was met by a very abrupt sales attendant that couldn't even give me her full attention, looking away and down towards something else that took her attention away. She couldn't give a toot about helping me. Lucky there are so many other places to go. Thanks to Prouds that did sort me out, new clasp and I brought some earrings and a bangle!
purchased a $500 gold Belcher bracelet. Was told it was real gold, and wore it once on a checkout for it to break. I wanted refund after being told it was not real gold and after wearing it for 20 minutes on checkout then being told it will take 6 weeks to fix. By then it became a headache. No refund no swapping for another item.fat rude lady snatched my bracket tricked me into signing some paperwork to have item fixed.as far as they are concerned they aren't. Price said markdown but I'm feeling got scammed. I bought the earing for my mum as birthday present and the next day I said I would like to change with silver as she doesn't like gold but the lady said that can't do anything because something with hygiene. It's rubbish because dont you think normally can strealise the gold. They just encourage you to buy but after that you can not do anything with the stuff from them, change it either return it.
Needed a new chain for my pendants as my old one recently snapped on me. I was greeted by Maxine who was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend being served by her. She was super helpful and gave me some very helpful advice on looking after my precious pendants and new gold chain. She even cleaned them for me while I was in store! Amazing. Thank you again Maxine you were incredible! One very happy customer!
