The manager Fadi of the Zamel's store at Westfield Parramatta and another employee by the name of Katie were unprofessional, unethical, corrupt and engaged in serious misconduct, harassment, intimidation and unacceptable behaviour towards me with unfair treatment and unfair business practices. My mother bought two items from your store as Christmas Presents on the 4th December. Delivery promised in time for Christmas. To this day 11th January the items have not arrived. Her phone calls emails and Facebook message request have gone unanswered. Phone goes straight to message bank. And message bank is full. Very disappointing. Big company. Supposed good reputation. But this is not good buisness.
My friend and I visited Zamels in Parramatta Westfield last Thursday. We would like to thank Fadi, the store manager for his excellent service. He was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting my friend and I in choosing several gifts. His recommendations were thoughtful, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
