Amazing service and helpful staff
WOW! What an experience! We visited the store in Merrylands looking for a birthday gift; the gift was for someone who is on a journey with Cancer. We explained this sensitive situation to the attendant (Shadi) and he took this information with courtesy and respect. We could not choose an item, until he suggested earrings. What a perfect gift! I recommend this store and it's staff as the experience was pleasant and reassuring. THANK YOU! The gift recipient loved them!
Really bad customer service at a jewelry store, not spending my money here anymore. My order has been at the store for over a week and no one rang to inform me of its arrival. When i called multiple times they said they didn't have it or it was stuck in Adelaide. Not spending any more money at this store anymore.
