Very unimpressed with this store. I walked in planning on buying multiple items for my sisters, mum and nanny. As soon as I walked in, one of two staff members asked if they could help me and I said I was just browsing at that moment, I hadn’t had a chance to look at anything yet. I picked out 7 items I would like to purchase and stood near their POS system where the other employee was helping a couple with a ring. The other staff member was no where to be seen. If I could do less than 1 star I would. After buying a $5000 engagement ring and waiting 3 months for repairs only to be told that it’s our fault is pathetic. We have had the ring for 3 days since paying for repairs only to have the exact same diamond fall out. Pathetic company with even worse customer service.
Poor quality rings for extortionist prices. My engagement ring has had the same diamond fall out twice (2nd time happened 3 days after receving it). I've had my ring for a total of 2 weeks and 3 days after it was purchased on the 15th July. Its been in their "care" the entire time, only to still be worthless. Avoid at all cost.
