Purchased an item not as described, requested a refund and manager blatantly lied to my face saying they don’t do refunds despite being required by Australian law to do so. Can not get through to head office who will not answer emails. Worst customer service I have ever experienced - avoid if you care about being treated with respect.

Very helpful and understanding staff. Some of their items are quite more expensive compared to the other jewellers companies. They are very reliable on looking after your jewellery needs.

I have purchased from here twice and both times been very disappointed by the extreamly poor quality rubbish jewellery. First time I purchased a gold heart locket bracelet which I can't wear because it won't stay locked for more than 10 minutes. Second time I purchased a pair of gold studs for my daughter yesterday in fact I even paid extra for the 3 year warranty thinking they would last.
