Ripped off. Ordered Burrito with 2 types of beans instead of meat, no cheese, no sour cream and got charged extra for the tablespoon of beans. I'm happy to pay full price for to exclude meat, that's my decision but don't charge extra for the beans. Upon questioning the additional charge, I was told that's just how it is by the rude attendant. Use your discretion Zambrero. That is not good business or good service.
Had a great experience with the girl scheduled to close on 30/8. I came in 10 mins to close and the girl who helped me was nothing but kind, going out of her way multiple times to get different things to complete my order, never batting an eye at anything. Forgot to get her name but hope some blessings come to this girl and that I see her again. The kind of girl I’d definitely befriend based off a first impression

Food is delicious - cannot fault the food at all! However, every time I have been there, chips have not been made, so you have to wait 10-15mins. I always have the Cali Burrito, so it requires chip, so have had to wait every time. Lady that served us today (05/08/2026) at 12.20pm had terrible customer service. No smile, short in her words, rude and had attitude. First time our burrito's were made very messy as well. She had glasses and wavy curly hair. Was like that with everyone that she served.
